Apollinaris was bishop of Laodicea (in Syria), and he died in 382 AD. He believed that Jesus had a human body and soul, but did not have a human mind. Instead, he believed that Jesus’ mind was the divine Logos.

Many, even non-Christians, believe that God is love. However: only those who believe in the Trinity can substantiate the claim. It's not arrogance that makes me say that... it's simple logic.

At the same time, God also describes Himself in Job as giving birth, and in Isaiah as a mother. It's more complicated than simply "he" or "she."
